As a Human Resource Executive and Business Manager in small businesses and fortune 500 companies, she has provided comprehensive coaching, mentoring, and project management for all levels of the organization. She has a soft spot for small businesses and loves helping entrepreneurs scale successfully.
She excels at identifying creative, positive solutions to business challenges and growth plans. She has driven nationwide goal alignment and performance management initiatives to improve business outcomes and develop career paths for promising internal leaders.
She’s also a bit nerdy when it comes to process improvement (sometimes giddy and obsessed). Her natural tendency is to think about how to make an existing process more efficient or devise better ways of getting the same result without breaking the budget. She’s streamlined processes so much that she can step back & have less to do!
In addition to having held Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation she has trained in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Leading for Impact.
